Joe was absolutely faultless from start to finish however the agency did not undertake the checks on our buyers that they should have done. We were lied to right up until the chain fell to pieces. Joe should be manager in my opinion.. best agent I've dealt with and is let down by the company. You can see this from the amount of sales that fall through in cheshunt. *They massively undervalued the property.
