We instructed Homes as our selling agents after meeting with a number of local agents and just feeling immediately comfortable with their personal approach and can do attitude, as well as their excellent local sales statistics.

It proved to be a very good decision.
We liked their team approach, with three of the sales team coming out for an initial show round the property and for me to tell them face to face some useful sales facts, which they all remembered and reiterated during their subsequent viewings.

They sold our house within a few weeks and also introduced us to our new house, which we had previously ruled out, but thanks to Ryan's suggestion proved to be perfect! We couldn't be happier there so have them to thank for that too.

Special mention also to the sales progression process that Homes offer, which was a fantastically complicated few months due to all the legal processes, but made infinitely easier and less stressful by the wonderful Liana, who was always aware of and working every link in the sales chain to ensure the process ran as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All in all a fantastic service and great people - can't recommend them highly enough.

I work on the premise of "You get what you pay for!" and "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" this is absolutely spot on with this case. You pay a good rate and you get an amazing service. Homes are still below the market rate, but absolutely deliver. Considering the time and effort involving all the team members, this really is good value for money.
