Hiring an estate agent is a costly business nowadays but when you look at the amount of money involved is it really worth chancing the cheap option? We thought not and we have not been disappointed. The presentation of our property was 2nd to none. The valuation we feel was spot on and the after service has been magnificent. Every member of staff was great and a special mention of Laura is needed, she put a lot of effort into the communications which in our book is critical especially when you consider the stress levels involved. We have given Honiton branch top marks and we mean it!
Comment on agent fees
Nowadays with online estate agents then in comparison is hard to make we feel the fee's were justified so - good
