Emily and the rest of the Mansbridge Balment (MB) team were very helpful and accommodating with our requests for viewings. We requested several viewings and in many cases these were extended viewing appointments that were always provided with no fuss or hassle. They also agreed to a time to allow a couple of tradesmen to access the house and perform some checks we wanted.Communication was excellent and we were always updated on what is going on. Based on this experience I would give 5 stars, however we felt that MB was very pushy to us to make progress with the sale while they were not equally assertive with the vendor. Vendor was particularly unhelpful and secretive but MB clearly was working in favour of the vendor. I understand that he/she is the one who pays their fees and hence their customer but it is important that buyers are also satisfied in order for a house sale to materialise. This sometimes left us with mixed feelings and should be avoided. All in all, we thank Emily for all she did and the rest of the team for dealing with the purchase of our house. Wine and welcome card was much appreciated too.
