It is with great regret that I am having to give a very negative review, but unfortunately have no option. Selling your house is a very expensive thing to do and I wish I had cut my costs and used one of their online, cheaper, competitors. I mistakenly thought I would get support from Ryder & Dutton whilst selling my house, unfortunately this was not the case.
There was very little interaction between myself and Ryder & Dutton throughout the whole sale process other than tweaking the online photos to make it look sunny!! No additional effort to try and sell my property at all.
The final straw was the week I was moving and exchanging contracts, I was surprised to find that Caroline, who was looking after me, was away on holiday! I did not hear anything from anyone for over a month until moving day when I got 2 phone calls from 2 diffferent members of staff within 20 seconds of each other asking me when I was dropping my keys off??!! At this time I was not made aware that the funds had even been transferred and I was busy loading my moving van.
I can honestly say I would not recommend Ryder & Dutton. They got paid a lot of money from me for doing very VERY little.

On a more positive note and I believe down to Caroline's negotiations we did manage to achieve the asking price for you in the sale which I believe a cheaper online agent would not have been able to do.
That said, I am very sorry your experience with us was not 100% satisfactory and I will address the matters you have raised.
