My experience was very poor service. Very difficult to book appointments and they claim the holidays and staffing levels are the reason. Zero accommodation for people who work 9-5, like themselves. Sellers beware - if there's a sniff of interest in your property they won't go above and beyond to allow new interest in the property judging from my experience.

How did you get on, Im trying to get mine back now. The landlord is not responding to their calls apparantly and Im getting really, really naffed off! ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
