We had an outstanding experience with Pete and John at Reeds Rains in Catford. One of the reasons we decided to view more properties with RR was Pete - when we first met him, he was energetic, authentic and gave us a feeling that he was talking straight with us about pros and cons of properties. He really listened to what we needed and seemed to have a sixth sense for what we'd like. Throughout the offer and purchase process he was supportive, regularly in touch and always giving high quality professional advice. He didn't just act as a go between but really guided us at difficult moments, advising us based on evidence and his and colleagues' experience. Given the reputation estate agents have, we have been so grateful and pleasantly surprised by Reeds Rains and Pete in particular.
John also helped us during the offer stage and displayed the same professionalism, high level of industry knowledge and non-pushy, helpful advice. They were always ready to talk and help us even if it didn't seem to be related directly to the sale.
