Ebba is extremely hard working, does what she says she will do, is a down-to-earth communicator and most importantly you feel that she has your back – would highly recommend Ebba to manage every aspect of your sale.
Originally, I put my house on the market with another estate agent, who seemed really motivated at the start, but when things began to slow I had to chase for feedback, each time I did seek solutions on the best approach, I felt fobbed off. Extremely frustrating at a very stressful time, I ended up taking the house of the market for a period because of this. I met Ebba Morley whilst viewing properties, when I told her about my tricky sale, she said she would love to sell my house, I didn't realise that she actually meant it! Deciding to let Ebba manage the sale was the best decision I made, right from the start Ebba has been brilliant, when there was no news or bad news she let me know, I didn't feel any of the frustrations I had with the first attempted sale, she offered solutions and options on how to proceed and was tenacious in seeing a tricky sale to completion. I had total confidence in Ebba and would recommend her to family and friends. I should mention that all my dealings with the Goldin Lemke Team has been positive throughout, particularly Lee and Toby. All in all a good outfit to work with.
