You have to chase them Million times. Since we had first viewed the property in April 2017 to the Completion date in July we were false promised of waste left by previous owner will be removed prior to exchange of contracts or completion. But the waste is left in our property and they don't care. Spoke to 10 -20 No action nor call backs or email back. Ohh yes I got 1 call back...regarding payment. they are more interested in the fees. I had kept some cards and wines ready for completion but I would rather spend that money on waste collection !! When we went to collect our keys, 3 staff were at the Gorton office, didn't even have a smile on their faces when giving the keys out to someone who has just bought a Property from them. Thank god I had good solicitors and Very very good support from William Plenty (mortgage Advisor), no fault. He helped me contact the agent most of the times.
