Two aspects of the Bradleys service. 1. Purchase it was slow, it was annoying, it was hindered by solicitors, however Bradley ( Josh ) kept us as fully informed as he could under difficult circumstances. 2. Rental, very good very slick to get people through the door and plenty of them. Never used an agent to let before and we have to say all was good until Bradleys Move In team and Van Mildert came on the scene and it seemed to take
for ever to get things going ... we had to chase and chase for info. little or nothing came out of the Move In Team - however Josh did his best again to keep us advised. Maybe we were expecting too much ??

Comment on agent fees
Again never used an agent before but we knew what the costs would be and chose that route so no complaints. Would we look for a more economic on line type rental next time ? Perhaps.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
