Where to start:
- Ignored repair requests
- Did not protect my deposit properly (which is ILLEGAL)
- Refused to settle this dispute outside of court
- Repeatedly ignored phone calls and contact requests to try and settle the matter as pleasantly as possible
- Arrived late for check out appointment
- Didn't check inventory while there as is required
- Made deductions from my deposit without discussing them first (again, ILLEGAL)
- The Director refused to speak to me on all of the above
- Consistently lied about handling situations such as the above
- Staff are rude when they feel like it
- Staff don't seem to pass messages on when requested
- Lettings manager requested a meeting with me to return the keys and he never showed up
- I was told I could leave a curtain rail up upon vacating the property, then the lettings manager changed his mind and said I needed to replace the blinds that were previously there - which I did without hesitation, only for him to deduct costs from my deposit anyway
- Failed to adhere to pre-action conduct procedures set out by the courts


GO ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE ELSE POSSIBLE.

They WILL screw you over.

Comment on agent fees
They don't discuss fees with tenants, just add them when they feel like it and deduct it from your deposit without discussing the matter.
