I am truly digusted in Ryder and duttons shocking customer service and lack of acknowledgment, service and maintanenence firstly they failed to contact me regarding the property I had applied for and paid 200 admin fees for them to follow up and keep in touch with me wich they failed to do so on many occasion after me taking time out to ring them continuously to try and find out what was going on regarding my property I finnally was told I had been accepted we then move in to the house and they failed to show us round the house and how to work everything after many attempts we have come to find the heating and the Ariel above the house does not work this is unacceptable and I am outraged that Ryder and dutton have let us move in to this property with a faulty Ariel and faulty heating this needs to be sorted asap
