Before choosing Gould Harrison to sell my property I spent time reviewing all the local agents web sites for listings of existing properties in the area and found their site detailed additional information about the properties including promoting a ‘no onward chain' status as a benefit of the property. Lee suggested a sales strategy of offering the property with a guide price range and once marketed Jo managed all the viewings and dealt with the offers and property queries. The team was so successful with this approach that an offer was accepted during the first week.

Lee is very professional & knowledgeable regarding the details of property sales, conveyancing, how the legal system works, etc., and kept the sale on track dealing with all the parties involved. Communication with the Gould & Harrison team kept me informed at every stage and gave me complete confidence with the team at Gould Harrison.
Comment on agent fees
Excellent service good value for the money, and would use Gould Harrison again to buy or sell a property.
