For a few good reasons, we wanted a quiet, quick sale with no fuss and we achieved this without even going on to the open market by the use of Stags existing customer database which contained many people looking for the type of large 6 bed period property and acre garden we had to offer. An emailer was sent by Stags on Friday afternoon to their existing database, a viewing immediately followed on the Saturday, asking price offered on Monday and sale proceeded to exchange at the point of wrtiting this. No Rightmove , no for sale signs or newspaper ads etc needed (hence confidentially achieved) and Stuart's no nonsense straight talking approach is just what we needed following a few queries along the way to our exchange. It was a very difficult decision for us to move but the sensitivity was understood. Really it couldn't have been any better and Stags have earnt their money even though this was fairly straightforward. We definitely chose the correct agent and 100% pleased. Stuart is even going the extra mile to advise us on some matters regarding our onward purchase. Thanks Stags - Brilliant and we feel great value for our money.
