Previously I have had poor customer service from estate agents. Normally the issues are to do with a lack of communication, keeping me upto date with how things are progressing is important. It\'s been a refreshingly stress- free experience dealing with Michaela and Debbie from Ryder and Dutton. There hasn\'t been one occasion were I have had to chase something up.
