It is a real pleasure to compliment an Estate Agent particularly in these trying times & you are based 225 miles away!!!. Although based in the midlands it was with much sadness through bereavement we had to sell my wife's mother's property in Barnstaple after a 30 year connection in the area. The site comprised a building plot & unique garden set dormer bungalow.
The Stags team at Barnstaple were terrific. Very professional but friendly with great understanding of the situation. Becky produced a super brochure with great skill & patience. All at very reasonable cost. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything backed up by email or correspondence . Always available, always helpful & progressive. Always trying to achieve the best for us with both potential sales. Great feedback on all viewings. We had to launch "post brexit" & adjusted the sales strategy. It was a success & 2 eventual acceptable sales were achieved. Lynne was excellent post sales through to completion.
We cannot praise the team enough. They work together & the office atmosphere is superb. Always the sign of good leadership.
They are not the cheapest. But truly as the saying goes.... you get what you pay for.
