People say a lot of negative things about estate agents, but we found none of those things to be true with the guys at Paul Wallace in Cheshunt. We had a string of very bad luck with house buying, and it took us a year. But the guys at Paul Wallace, particularly Joe and George, helped make a very frustrating situation easier. They always kept us informed, were honest with us, and did what they could to help make the process as smooth as possible.
