A constant nightmare to deal with. No one and I mean none of the staff know anything about any of the commercial properties they advertise. I enquired about a commercial property and was told it had been taken. A short time later I rang them again about it as it was still being advertised and they said it had never been taken and was still available. So I then requested a viewing and after a lot ummmming and ahhhing, the agent said, can I wait until everyone is back in the office and call you back with a day and time for a viewing. Obviously I never had a call back so I didn't see the building. 2 weeks later I rang again and finally got a viewing. The viewing.... They are all like a bunch of wet blankets, I thought there mum was going to turn up and hold their hands for them. I saw a couple more commercial properties with them on the viewing day but they couldn't even find one of them to show me, they were just wondering around like a couple of headless chickens lol. The 2 staff members both gave me completely different floor measurements for the same property that I did view. For the original building I initially wanted to view, the Floor plans are incorrect sizes by but about 30%. The photos they used to advertise the property, are of different building to the one I actually viewed, and the price was incorrect as they had the wrong measurements for the premises so they couldn't even tell me how much it was as they'd need to get back in touch with the landlord. They just said rather waste any more of your time, we'll find out everything and call you. Needless to say they have never called. They must cost landlords a fortune due to their huge amount of incompetence. They never got back to me with the new prices. In light of this, I will never lease a building if it is via miller commercial.

1. After an appointment & viewing, I emailed for extra info (accounts/lease) but was met with a tirade of abuse about viewing directly though this never happened. 2. Property is not advertised properly, no details, no floor plans, no viewing appointments for nearly 2 weeks. 3. Refused a good ...

Be flexible with viewings. Get organised so as not to give out unwarranted negative comments. Have decent property details. Promote realistic offers with less plaiguarism.
