Well now there is yet another lie by mr Patrick because the oil filled radiator was not provided the next day!! It was provided 2 weeks after the complaint was made to them. I have evidence to prove it which im more than happy to post here.
Yes i am taking the landlord Mr Hornby to court because as a tenant i have rights i will exercise them.

Might i add, this Mr Patrick accidently called my number believing he was calling the landlords wife. And to my shock he started saying on the phone that i was a nasty piece of work etc etc believing he was talking to landlords wife!! So he was verbally abusing me behind my back but to my face unknowingly. It was only when my brother told him just what a coward he was to carry out such disgusting behaviour, the man apologised to me.

We are fully aware of Zw and would point out that there is a legal dispute between the Landlord and the Tenant with Solicitors instructed on both sides.

However, we would point out that the day after a problem occurred with a radiator to the bathroom, although the rest of the system was working fine, the tenant was provided with a modern oil filled electric radiator until contractors could get to the property to effect a repair.

As the matter is a subject of litigation we would not respond in the same terms that the tenant has used to criticise our company but would refute her allegations.
