Having used another estate agent in Holmfirth which had a disastrous and expensive outcome, we were very wary of attempting to sell our house for a second time. I had heard some positive comments from friends about Ryder and Dutton in Holmfirth so we chose them, hoping that the company could restore our faith in estate agents. We need not have worried. From the onset, the team demonstrated its professionalism, integrity and persistence in securing a sale, working tirelessly to achieve a successful outcome. The accompanied viewings by Sherry and Kris were thorough with detailed feedback left and any issues raised by prospective buyers were communicated promptly, thus enabling these issues to be addressed. Nicola updated me very regularly on potential offers and expertly and rapidly eliminated the time wasters, which is exactly what I wanted her to do. Keeping me informed every step of the way, Nicola secured a sale and ensured that it progressed smoothly and quickly to completion by frequent liaison and expert negotiation. She is an asset to Ryder and Dutton, as are Sherry, Kris, Fiona and Caroline...an awesome team who really do know how to sell houses. Thank you from two very grateful clients.
