I rented a property of derwentside estates in feb 2011 i signed a six month short term contract
I decided to put my notice in the property in november due to derwentside estates not fixing the repairs which were necessary after the enviromental health came out and insprecte it after months of trying with them since feb 2011 when i moved in. I moved out of the property early december i was told by bill i would receive my bond back in ten days. To find out by somebody else that he had shut the buisness down and was not taking calls or wanting to deal with any of it no more . Bill now owes me 400 pound bond money which he put in writing seen as there was no work or dammage to the property and signed it when i handed in the keys to the property. I can now not get in touch with bill or no body about this due to his ridiculouse scandals

i would not recoment no body to go in to business with bill or family as he is a very poor agent!
I am disgusted in the lack of cummunication and setvice from him and his employees.

never again! Greedy and money grabbing!
