Simon Goldin took over my 18 months worth of failing efforts to sell my 4-bed semi detached house in Dyke Road area with an online agent. He's the only agent I have ever seen, to organise that all his office staff visited my property to know what they were selling. SG is very organised & calm thru this tortious process especially when getting buyers' mortgage Solicitors obtuse/stupid questions.
I would certainly recommend him, Lee and the rest of the GL team.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are in line with other Agents - but unlike other agents who take the instructions and you never hear from again, SL will most definitely keep you updated.
