We were buying a house in cramlington, they were selling through renown. The service we received was horrendous from the sales team, we needed to talk to the owner on numerous occasions to chase things up and push renown along. Where as when we sold our flat, pattinsons we're pushing the sale through quicker and more efficiently. One of the sales women at renown (Kathrine) lacks decent customer service skills and was often rude to us on the phone, she seemed reluctant to push the sale through and just doesn't seem to of cared.
Denise was the better sales woman on the team, but still lacked a cutting edge at negotiating our terms to the seller. The owner was the only one who seemed to know what he was doing. I would not advise people to use renown to sell their property. Pattisons seem to be the better estate agents.
