We were recommended to use Sawyers Estate Agents, when they turned up they gave a very good speech and made us think we could have been a valuable customer. We went with them for their rates and how they came across. After a few weeks of one or two viewings, they contacted me and ask me to show a potential buyer around, which I had the option to say no to, but logically, I could have missed out on a sale. On the times we didn't show people around, cupboard doors were left open, our balcony door was unlocked.
Don't even think about trying to ring to speak to someone, they will always be on another call or out the office, then wont ring you back.
We felt like we were on the backburner the whole time, communication with this company is horrendous. We were constantly chasing for an update.
My words of advise, they might be a tad cheaper, but use a larger and more professional company, you wont regret it.

This was the only good thing, they were quite cheap, but their efforts showed this.
