Genuine, professional, office staff who are not looking to fleece customers, who phone back when they say they will and don't give you all the sales blah. Easy to deal with and no hidden costs. On the other hand, my house, which admittedly needed a LOT of work, didn't sell whilst on their books (or it would have been a five star review!). Still, worth a try if selling a normal sort of house locally - they are easily the most straightforward agents I've dealt with.
