Goldin Lemcke sold my flat in Hove. They found a buyer who offered the right price within a week of appearing in the market. Unfortunately, I chose a firm of conveyancing that turn up to be unreliable and very slow. I also had some problems with the gas safety and electricity certificates, which I could not provide. Thanks to the continuous help and support of particularly Toby , who kept going the liaison between the solicitors and Ebba, who help me to sort out the new certificates, finally completion took place after three months.
Comment on agent fees
Their fees were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Goldin Lemcke to anyone buying or selling a property in their area.
