We bought a property through Goldin Lemke and must say our overall experience with them was very positive. We had trouble with both our own conveyancer and the vendor's conveyancer, who we felt did not provide adequate communication in the last stages of our purchase and it was left to Toby and Lee to help us fill in the gaps and fight our corner for us. We were very grateful for their support in what became a rather stressful time in the weeks leading up to exchanging contracts. I would not hesitate in approaching Goldin Lemke when I sell my current property at some point in the future.
