What an easy and, dare I say it, pleasurable experience. Tom Harman was my main point of contact throughout, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Tom was calm and decisive at times of stress during the process. He helped me with a listening ear and giving sound advice when things with my purchase seemed to be going awry. Tom's attention to my sale and purchase was above and beyond. It felt like a friend helping me out. Thank you so much Tom.
I spoke to many of the staff there including Ellis and Kofi. Everyone was polite, friendly, genuinely wanting to help. Kofi stepped in on exchange day when Tom was in a meeting and he dropped everything and made the calls required immediately and successfully got me to exchange. Thank you Kofi.

Fees were a little higher than I wanted to pay but it was worth every penny. I this case you get what you pay for, excellence!
