I thought when I got a call from the selling agent and was asked `do i want to keep the microwave?I thought I do not need one and said No `what I was not told` is that it was integrated into the Kitchen and worth £300+.I was left with cables and a huge ugly gap in where the `built` in microwave oven once stood.
Its Very wrong how this request was put to me via telephone, myself being disabled I could not visit the purchased property at the time as I was struggling to walk so I had to assume the microwave was just a standard one.

Im having the same problems at the mo. House is awful. Yet on inspection theyre blaming me. It was like it when i got it. I complain about things and months later its still not sorted. Just phoned and the person has blamed me for not chasing it up and then the contractors. Yet i raised a complaint a week ago thats not even on the system.... never their fault. ...
