I recently contacted Bradleys to view a house on a new development in Liskeard. I live in South Wales and wanted to view a house with my daughter who is currently renting and working in Looe. My daughter is a first time buyer and we are so appreciative of the help and assistance from Nikki at Bradleys who guided us through the process of the different options in purchasing a share ownership property. Nikki went out of her way to make an appointment for me to visit from Wales and even considered the time of the appointment so that I would not be travelling back to Wales too late at night. Nikki explained the process thoroughly about who we would need to contact. Within 3 days my daughter was offered a mortgage in principal, registered successfully on the help to buy register and successfully credit checked. Nikki kept in regular contact so that we updated each other on progress. Messages left at the Bradleys office were always passed on and acknowledged and I would like to thank everyone who took my calls for their friendly efficient manner.
We contacted a mortgage advisor and the help to buy register SW, both were quick with their responses.
It's daunting being a first time buyer, and we have appreciated the help in making the process as smooth as possible.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Nikki who has been cheerful and helpful.

Dear Paul, we take our customer service extremely seriously and are sorry the alternative times and days we offered weren't suitable. These occurrences happen in all businesses with little or no notice, although on this occasion we are pleased you were given enough notice to not travel, and hopefully any other viewings you may have had were able to be re-arranged if that was the case.
