Shouldn't we try and deal with the developers who constantly turn to Solitaire to manage their new developments? If new business to Solitaire is affected, they will have to start paying attention to their customer service. In one of my letters to Solitaire last year, we cc'd Barratt's and a newspaper and got a response from Solitaire. Barratt's were also interested in having more information on our complaints. Perhaps, we should also be writing/cc'ing our complaints to our developers so thay they are aware of the number of issues with Solitaire.
