I have purchased three flats from Country Properties which they manage and let for me. Lauren and Jo discussed the type of tenants I would wish to let to, for example, tenants without pets which is my choice. I know that they carry out a range of checks on prospective tenants but this is completed efficiently. They have found me four tenants so far and two of these have been long term lets lasting the whole time I have had the flats. The other flat had tenants who moved out of the area after six months but a new tenant was found and moved in the day after the other tenant moved out. Lauren and Jo very quickly reply to emails and respond to my telephone messages if they are not in the office when I call speedily. They keep me informed of legal requirements and any changes to the law regarding properties which are let. My tenants report any problems to Lauren and Jo. They then inform me and we discuss who is going to sort the problem. Country Properties review the rents which I am charging and inspect the flats regularly. New tenancy agreements are no trouble as Lauren and Jo deal with this. My experiences of using Country Properties have all been totally stress free. Lauren and Jo are polite, cheerful and extremely efficient.
