I used Melvyn Danes to sell our house having had quotes from a number of other local Estate Agents.
From the first meeting and valuation meeting with Adam Marshall through to the weekly progress reports and chasing of buyers and Solicitors by Sam Anderson and Vanessa Watkins Danes offered professional and courteous service throughout.
Adam was very knowledgable in the local market and convinced us to list at a price higher than the other agents had suggested. He was confident that we could achieve a close to asking price sale. He also advised on things to do and not to do to aid the sale.
Despite the first few buyers dropping out for a variety of different reasons, Vanessa and Sam were on hand to offer direction and assurance that the next buyer was around the corner and they were right.
In an age when companies promise to deliver a service to be proud of and fail miserably, Danes delivered on each and every promise. Professional and courtesy a rare commodity in customer service, but Danes have it. I would highly recommend their services.
