Shame there isn't the ability to mention more than two members of staff as I found everyone in the branch to be brilliant. The main people we were helped by were Nikki, Amanda and Ellie but it really was a team effort - whenever anyone answered the phone it was as though they had all been involved as everyone knew the situation with my transaction.
I think it is fair to say we were unique buyers, buying from unique sellers with a very unique property! Nikki was brilliant with negotiating between all parties to a successful conclusion. In the later stages with tight timescales to work to and a shortage of surveyors once again Nikki managed to source someone locally to help which genuinely saved the day.
I'm hoping we wil never be selling the property we have just bought but if we were I would use Bradleys without hesitation - They worked hard for us as buyers but equally got a good deal for their clients who I have a feeling we will be good friends with in the future thanks to the sensetive and friendly handling of our relationship and encouraging us to meet.
