From start to finish selling our flat with Goldin Lemcke was a good experience. When she viewed flats originally my daughter had been impressed by the kind and helpful staff member at this agents (not always the case in her experience) - so when we came to sell we thought we wanted them to act for us. Great photos were taken and Mr Goldin, Ebba, Lee and Marina were efficient in very quickly finding a buyer (three offers, in fact) and helpful at all times - which extended to chivvying the buyer's solicitors who seemed to have ground to a halt at one point. It was a pleasure to deal with an independent agent and in particular this one. Thank you all for a job well done.
