Sarah has recently dealt with my mortgage application and from day one she was amazing being a first time buyer we wasn't too clued up on the whole process but she broke it all down very clearly for us and we felt really at ease speaking to her about all aspects of our finances as she was very down to earth but also professional at the same time, we did have some minor hiccups (non of which was Sarahs fault) but she did stick with us through the whole process and helped us to overcome any hurdles. Always emailed back within the day to my enquiries and on the whole made my 1st mortgage experience pretty much a doddle, Also a big thanyou to Anne who assisted Sarah in the admin side and kept us regularly updated as we was very nervous and anxious Anne was a star and i never had to contact her for anything as she was so on top of things our mortgage went through Super fast : ) absolute pleasure to have worked with them both we will be definantly using Sarah and Anne to help us renew at the end of our fixed term and would strongly recommend them both to anybody looking for a mortgage assistance. Massive Thankyou Sarah and Anne
