All four staff at Honiton were extremely professional. Liz, the manager did the appraisal and her valuation and advice were very sound showing a good knowledge of the local market. Julia, Lisa and Adam worked hard to create an attractive brochure and dealt with enquiries so effectively that we were delighted to receive a full asking price offer within days of coming to the market. The whole sale progressed very smoothly from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend this team to any prospective sellers.
