I bought a property marketed by this agent last year and was so impressed with them that when I had renovated it I chose to instruct them to sell it, which they did in less than a week at the full asking price. There were problems in both transactions but Simon and Lee were exceptional in working to resolve these as quickly as possible, which included them both being available out of normal office hours. I would recommend Goldin Lemcke to anyone seeking to buy or sell property and will certainly be instructing them again.
