I have used this agent twice to sell rental properties and each time, Simon was able to find a buyer very quickly. In fact, the most recent sale got from the tenant giving notice to exchange in about six weeks. Very good service, friendly and professional. They would definitely be my first port of call for any property matters, buying or selling
