It has now been several weeks since my move was completed, and I am extremely pleased to report that the entire Kevin Henry team provided a seamless and highly professional service. On this occasion I used them for both my sale AND purchase, and both transactions went ahead faultlessly. Without exception, every member of staff with whom I interacted provided an excellent response, and all are (in my view) highly valuable assets to the organisation. Although I interacted most closely with two individuals (with whom I spoke on a regular basis and who kept me informed of all developments), the rest of the staff were also courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and were happy and able to help with all of my enquiries, at all times. This applied throughout the entire process, from initial contact and valuation to the final move date, and I cannot over-emphasize the contributions of the entire team. The staff provided regular, accurate and useful feedback, helpful discussions, and a friendly voice over the telephone. They were at all times highly professional, friendly, helpful and provided a truly personal service. The company as a whole helped to make what can be a stressful process, into an extremely easy and stress-free transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and ould welcome the opportunity to engage with them again in the future.

The fees were very reasonable and were set in advance, which helped to budget at what can be an expensive time!
