The team at Bradleys, Okehampton were acting for our purchase and we found that they were always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. As we were moving from another county, we really appreciated their assistance with all sorts of things, including being at the property with the key on the day of completion, rather than our having to go to the office to collect it. This saved our having to search in an unknown area, which would have added to the stress on the move day, and also saved us time, as we arrived not long before the removal van. We would recommend the Bradleys Okehampton team and will use their services in future.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
