I could not recommend the service received from Mayhew Estates any more highly!
We mad the decision to list our property about lunchtime on a Monday, Aidan visited us to value the property the very next day, we had viewings booked for the Wednesday and by 11.00 on the Thursday morning our property was sold at full asking price!
Whilst the early stages of the sale was very very fast, the legal side of the transaction hit a few issues. Ellis and Aidan were in constant contact with us, the solicitors and the buyers to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible. We were under pressure from our vendors to move prior to Christmas, we achieved this, I honestly think that without Ellis and Aidan's hard work for several weeks, chasing the solicitors, the freeholders of the property and everyone else that could help move the sale forward smoothly, the completion would not have been prior to Christmas.
I cannot thank Ellis and Aidan enough for selling the property so quickly and their ongoing support right up until completion. They even called after the move to see how it all went!

Comment on agent fees
Mayhew's Estates achieved a full asking price offer for us in less than 48 hours of listing, and had about 3 months of constant communication and chasing the sale. For what it cost us the level of service and time given to our sale, I couldn't find a single fault with the fees!
