Excellent service right from the start.
We had been on and off a couple of times with our house sale but this made no difference to the team who handled everything very professionally once we were finally committed to the move. At the beginning of the process the advice that we were given on pricing was just right, encouraging us to get the most for our property but remaining realistic and covering all of the small print carefully with us. Quality brochures were produced very quickly, photographs made the most of our house and it was live on the internet around 24 hours after the initial visit. We felt absolutely confident in leaving all viewings to the team and each visit to the office left us convinced that we had made the right decision in placing our house on the market with Links, regardless of which team member we spoke to.
Feedback following viewings was swift, as indeed was the sale, and we were kept up to date every step of the way.
