When I was buying my property and dealing with estate agents at the time, I found Goldin Lemcke to be very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have a property available that suited at the time, so I went with another agency. However, when I was selling, I definitely included them in the agents I had come around to review. When they did come around, they were much more prepared than the other agents, and gave me an honest appraisal of the place.
They were always very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way, including a call within 24 hours of every viewing with feedback.
I would recommend them to anyone in the Hove area or beyond to manage your sale.
