Sarah Wilby has to be one of the most obnoxious, unsympathetic advisors that I have ever had the displeasure to meet. She is rude, abrupt and has no customer service skills at all. She has made my life a living hell by getting personally involved in my tenancy. This is totally unprofessional and should not be permitted. Her role should be as a go between, between my landlord and I. She sent demanding and threatening letters a month and a bit prior to my tenancy being up for renewal and when I complained about this, she used this to her advantage and co-inspired with the landlord to evict me from my home. My rent was never late, I did not hold wild parties nor have I ever had any complaints from neighbours about how I conduct myself. She is turning all dealings with her regarding my tenancy into an unpleasant experience. At the end of the day I am still a customer of theirs and should be dealt with, with some servility and professionalism.
What agent could do to change your mind?
not taken this personally and acted more professional. Also displayed some sympathy, empathy and overall good customer service skills.
