We dealt with Simon and Ebba while selling our flat, as we were living in South Africa we thought this would make it quite difficult while selling but not the case. We found Simon and Ebba very professional, the evaluation was done quickly and professionally with a full detailed report showing photos and explanations for each area. They offered a 4 week sole agency agreement so we could change if we were not happy after 4 weeks. They let us know where our property was marketed on. Our questions were answered to our full satisfaction, they kept us updated every week even when there was no interest and immediately when there was interest.
They advised us on selling options and once an offer was made also followed up during this time.
We found their commission very comparative.
