Alex Fitton from the Heywood banch was extremely patient with me when choosing a house- he helped me every step of the way and definatly went above nd beyond his role. It was always a pleasure speaking with him and he actually tookhis time understanding what I wanted and even helped me explore other options. I've worked in customer service most of my life and never have I met anyone so polite and helpful. Alex would always be on the ball with new houses coming up and would contact me straight away - always at the times that were convieniant to me which was lovely. He worked around my job and was always on the ball when it came to booking in viewings. There were never any pointless phone calls it was always a delight when answering his calls as I knew he always had my best interest when picking a house. Even after completing my purchase he was eger to me on the books knowing that I was thinking of getting another in the near future. Tony was fantastic too - very polite and fantastic up to date emails. After my purchase Stuart Greenwood me extremely useful information on the letting service and not only that he talked me through it too as I didn't understand some of it- Stuart also kept me up to date on the progress of the purchase and I defianty loved his enthusisam - even though he wasn't in this from the start. Stuart encounted a few hiccups as the house keys were being dropped off at the builders office- he soon sorted this problem and left me no worries of an easy and smooth running of picking the keys up. Over all it was a pleasure and I don't think I would of had this experiance at any other agents - I will be using Ryder and Dutton again because of the amzing people in it. I can not thank Alex, Tony and Stuart enough.
