They have left us with no hot water for 8 days now and the service is diabolical. They're consistently rude and interrupt me when I tried to explain the urgency of the situation and the distress it has caused me to have to walk around and go to work with conditioner in my hair and soap still on my skin. There is little communication between staff members as well as with the plumbers, and 3 times we have been promised that a plumber will arrive to fix the issue and all 3 times we were let down. Because of this situation we have had to drive from Oxford to our family home in Essex at the weekend just to shower and we have gone several days without being able to shower. I deeply regret having ever used this agency, so all please be aware before putting your trust in them, they are a certified legitimate companywho seem to act more like cowboys and for this reason we will be handing in our notice and moving elsewhere
