Bradley's were superb in their handling of our tenancy and had complete understanding of the added complication of me working away most of the year, Their staff were second to none being friendly, responsive and always on call to help with any issues or problems we encountered.
Always pointing us in the right direction and always showed the most utmost professionalism in person, by post or over the phone. Always polite and always had a smile. We dealt with the whole team during our 12 month occupation of the property but unfortunately I could select only two names on the list but my comments apply to all whom work there. We were sad to leave but due to our circumstances we went on to purchase a house through Bradley's which coincidentally is just 100m behind this tenancy property.
I can not recommend Bradley's enough, even though they are a chain and have offices in different locations the team at Okehampton were to us; very much local and serving the needs of customers with the friendliness that you would expect from an old school loved and local independent agency.
Always had a good line of communication with them and on through to the land lord, the very minor maintenance issue we had was dealt with very swiftly and again professionally. Entering the property was simple from the initial application all the way through to a relaxed and easy vacation and out inspection at the end of our term. Property inspections were easy going and were not intrusive at all, they scheduled everything to suit us even down to viewings from other potential applicants during our last month.
It may sound strange but I hope we never have to deal with them again as they found us the perfect property which we have since purchased but should the need ever arise again then I would not hesitate to lean on Nick, Sarah and the rest of the team again.
Their knowledge of the area that they serve, amenities and processes were of a great help and with out them myself and my partner would still be struggling to find a place to call home.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
