I put my house, in Dickens Heath, on the market, in December, 2014. It sold in 5 days, at the price they marketed it at. Unfortunately, that sale fell through, through no fault of Melvyn Danes, or Adam (Marshall), or the team. It was decided to re-sell in the new year, because of Christmas, and the New Year. So, our house went back on sale on January 2nd, 2015. It sold in 7 days! This sale went through. Melvyn Danes, Adam Marshall, and the team (in Solihull & Shirley) were nothing but courteous, professional & very helpful, at every step of the way. They sold our house at the price agreed - very quickly, as they said they would, and charged us exactly the price they said they would, for doing so (no hidden fees). In any dealings with my solicitor, they always responded promptly & professionally, and I can not recommend Melvyn Danes (and the team) highly enough! They will always get maximum stars in any review I write, and I would always use them again, and recommend anybody else to do same. Thank you, Melvyn Danes.
